Items listed here will be available based on the user role\/permissions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Summary<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Running AMCs<\/strong>:- This is the number of all active AMC contracts. Clicking on it will open a list containing all these contracts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Overdue AMCs<\/strong>:-This is a count of all AMC contracts with overdue invoices. Clicking on it will open a list containing these contracts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Running Leases<\/strong>:- This is the number of all active Lease contracts. Clicking on it will open a list containing all these contracts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Overdue Leases<\/strong>:-This is a count of all Lease contracts with overdue invoices. Clicking on it will open a list containing these contracts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Running POCs<\/strong>:- This is the number of all active POC contracts. Clicking on it will open a list containing all these contracts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Overdue POCs<\/strong>:-This is a count of all POC contracts with overdue invoices. Clicking on it will open a list containing these contracts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>AMCs Due<\/strong>:- This is the the sum of all invoice balances for all active AMC contracts. Clicking on it will open a list containing all these invoices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Leases Due<\/strong>:- This is the the sum of all invoice balances for all active Lease contracts. Clicking on it will open a list containing all these invoices. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>POCs Due<\/strong>:- This is the the sum of all invoice balances for all active POC contracts. Clicking on it will open a list containing all these invoices. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Calendar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/clientsupport.rianadevelopment.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/image-1-1024x74.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-47\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The calendar shows all the active reminders. On the top right corner of the calendar, there are options to customize the view.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>The default view is monthly, however, other options are available i.e Week, Day, List and Year.<\/li><li>By default reminders for all subsidiaries will be shown. However, you can filter by the different subsidiaries available.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Analytics<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-cover has-background-dim\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-block-cover__image-background wp-image-49\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/clientsupport.rianadevelopment.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/image-2-1024x352.png\" data-object-fit=\"cover\"\/><div class=\"wp-block-cover__inner-container\">\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The analytics tab shows a graphical view of monthly revenue. This is calculated on the last day of the month at midnight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Group Change:- This is the total expected monthly income. <\/li><li>Subsidiary Change:- This is the expected monthly income grouped by subsidiary.<\/li><li>Contract Type:- This is the expected monthly income grouped by contract type.<\/li><\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The dashboard layout is as shown above.
