The dashboard layout is as shown above.
On the left we have the navigation bar. Items listed here will be available based on the user role/permissions.
Summary
Running AMCs:- This is the number of all active AMC contracts. Clicking on it will open a list containing all these contracts.
Overdue AMCs:-This is a count of all AMC contracts with overdue invoices. Clicking on it will open a list containing these contracts.
Running Leases:- This is the number of all active Lease contracts. Clicking on it will open a list containing all these contracts.
Overdue Leases:-This is a count of all Lease contracts with overdue invoices. Clicking on it will open a list containing these contracts.
Running POCs:- This is the number of all active POC contracts. Clicking on it will open a list containing all these contracts.
Overdue POCs:-This is a count of all POC contracts with overdue invoices. Clicking on it will open a list containing these contracts.
AMCs Due:- This is the the sum of all invoice balances for all active AMC contracts. Clicking on it will open a list containing all these invoices.
Leases Due:- This is the the sum of all invoice balances for all active Lease contracts. Clicking on it will open a list containing all these invoices.
POCs Due:- This is the the sum of all invoice balances for all active POC contracts. Clicking on it will open a list containing all these invoices.
Calendar
The calendar shows all the active reminders. On the top right corner of the calendar, there are options to customize the view.
- The default view is monthly, however, other options are available i.e Week, Day, List and Year.
- By default reminders for all subsidiaries will be shown. However, you can filter by the different subsidiaries available.
Analytics
The analytics tab shows a graphical view of monthly revenue. This is calculated on the last day of the month at midnight.
- Group Change:- This is the total expected monthly income.
- Subsidiary Change:- This is the expected monthly income grouped by subsidiary.
- Contract Type:- This is the expected monthly income grouped by contract type.
